Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how DynastyTix, LLC (“DynastyTix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use dynastytix.com and related services (the “Service”). It does not cover ticketing platforms, venues, or payment processors to which you are directed or through which tickets are delivered; their practices are governed by their own policies.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, email address, date of birth or age confirmation, state of residence, mobile ticketing account identifiers you designate for delivery, communications with support, and any identity-verification information we request.
Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We receive transaction confirmations and limited card metadata (such as card brand, billing ZIP code, and last four digits) but do not store full card numbers.
Location information: IP-based and, where you permit it, device-based geolocation, which we use together with billing address to verify eligibility and enforce state restrictions described in our Terms of Service.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, rips, purchases, and redemption elections, referral source, and cookie and similar-technology data as described in Section 6.
Information from third parties: fraud-prevention and identity-verification signals from our vendors, and delivery and transfer confirmations from ticketing platforms.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: provide the Service, including processing purchases, performing rips, and delivering tickets; verify age, identity, residence, and geographic eligibility, including enforcement of state restrictions; transmit delivery information to ticketing platforms to fulfill your tickets; process Dynasty Cash elections and maintain credit balances; send transactional communications, including delivery and game-change notifications; send marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time; prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations, including odds-disclosure, ticket-resale, tax, and consumer-protection requirements; and analyze and improve the Service.
4. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information to: service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, email delivery, fraud prevention, identity and location verification); ticketing platforms and fulfillment partners, which receive your name, email address, and ticketing account identifiers as necessary to transfer your tickets; professional advisors; parties to a corporate transaction such as a merger or asset sale; and government authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Public Display of Rip Results
The Service may display recent rip results or similar features showing a display name together with the seat tier revealed. These displays use your chosen display name only, and you may opt out in account settings. We do not display your legal name, contact information, seat locations, or ticket barcodes publicly.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, remembering preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may impair the Service. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as required by applicable law.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information and certain profiling. We do not currently sell personal information. To exercise rights, contact us at legal@dynastytix.com. We will verify your request using your account information and respond within the time required by law. You may appeal a denial by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome and, where applicable, your right to contact your state Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Authorized agents may submit requests as permitted by law.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to deliver tickets, maintain Dynasty Cash balances, comply with legal obligations (including tax, ticket-resale recordkeeping, escheatment, and consumer-protection requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Rip and allocation records may be retained for the period required to substantiate published odds. When no longer needed, information is deleted or de-identified.
9. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor diligence. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Age Restriction
The Service is intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under eighteen, we will delete it and close the associated account. Contact legal@dynastytix.com if you believe a minor has provided us information.
11. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message or through account settings; transactional messages, including ticket delivery and game-change notifications, will continue. If we offer text messaging, we will do so only with your prior express consent as required by law, message frequency will be disclosed at opt-in, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out by replying STOP.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a revised date and, for material changes, provide additional notice by email or prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect.
